<p>The present invention relates to a novel compound, and a charge transfer material and a blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diode comprising (PhOLED) same. The present invention provides a compound in which an aromatic compound is substituted for carborane, and the charge transfer material and the blue PhOLED comprising the compound. The aromatic compound is desirably selected from a triphenylamine compound or a carbazole compound and is substituted at a p- position of the carborane. In the novel compound according to the present invention, the aromatic compound is substated for carbornae, and thus has superior electrical characteristics including high thermal stability, such as glass transition temperature, a wide energy band gap, and charge mobility, thereby improving a light-emitting characteristic of a diode and providing a long life by having electrical stability.</p> |
