<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioned sheet which is useful as an acoustic material and a filter, does not cause flattening and has excellent cushioning properties, and to provide a method for manufacturing the cushioned sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A cushioned sheet 10 is manufactured by spraying a synthetic resin binder to a fiber sheet 11 having a ventilation resistance of 0.01 to 0.1 kPa s/m with an air spray method, and depositing a synthetic resin 13 of the synthetic resin binder on a fiber 14 of the fiber sheet 11 in a state that the synthetic resin 13 is granulated so as to have a particle diameter of 0.05 to 1.5 mm. The cushioned sheet 10 is useful as the filter, and also is useful as the acoustic material when an acoustic sheet is stacked on one side or both sides of the cushioned sheet, which is a stacked sheet that includes a paper material sheet and has a ventilation resistance of 0.2 to 3.0 kPa s/m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
