1. A dry reagent kit for use in nucleic acid amplification, the dry reagent kit comprising:
a first dry reagent comprising at least one type of nucleic acid monomer, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane, and Mg2+, wherein a molar ratio of the at least one type of nucleic acid monomer to the Mg2+ is from 100/3 to 1/100 and/or a molar ratio of the total number of moles of all the nucleic acid monomers contained in the dry reagent to the number of moles of the Mg2+ is from 10000/75 to 1/25; a second dry reagent comprising polymerase but not Mg2+, K+, tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane, a nucleic acid monomer, or a primer; and a third dry reagent comprising a primer but not K+, wherein the first, second, and third dry reagents are not mixed with one another.
