A manifestation of user frustration associated with an action currently being performed by an apparatus is detected. The action is modified so as to alleviate the user frustration. The apparatus determines whether the modification to the action results in alleviating the user frustration, and may store data that causes the modification to the action to be subsequently performed.

1. An apparatus, comprising:
at least one processor and at least one memory including computer program code, the at least one memory and the computer program code configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to perform: detect a manifestation of user frustration associated with an action currently being performed by the apparatus, wherein the manifestation comprises an accidental launch and immediate quitting of an application; determine a context of the manifestation of user frustration, wherein the context comprises one or more of a set of circumstances relating to the manifestation of user frustration; modify the action in view of the context so as to alleviate the user frustration, wherein modifying the action comprises remapping or disabling a user input; determine whether the modification to the action results in alleviating the user frustration; and cause data to be stored that causes the modification to the action to be subsequently performed in association with the action in response to detecting that the modification to the action results in alleviating the user frustration.
