The present invention relates to a seed culture medium composition for measuring chlorophyll content, a method for screening a rice seed with high iron content using the same, and a method for measuring iron content of a seed using the same and, more specifically, to a method for screening and/or measuring a seed with high iron content and iron content contained in a seed in short time and in quantities by measuring the chlorophyll content contained in a seed grown in a seed culture medium composition for measuring the chlorophyll content.
