Soil cutter consists of a supporting frame (1) provided by the three-point attached device (2) and by the two-point attached device (3). On the supporting frame (1) are mounted the two hydraulic motors (4), which transmit a torsion moment to the rotating cylinder (5). The horizontal rotating cylinder (5) is provided by an arms (9) on which are firmly fastened the working tools (10).
