The present invention relates to an individually customized posture correction health-footrest using three-dimensional shape recognition, which comprises: a customized sole plate which is three-dimensionally printed to form a sole customized groove adhering to the entire sole of a use by recognizing a three-dimensional shape of the sole of the user with a three-dimensional scanner; a body portion formed with a sole plate insertion groove into which the customized sole plate is inserted to be parallel with two sole customized grooves from each other; and a calf supporter for vertically supporting two calves of the user from the customized sole plate. Accordingly, the customized sole plate molded to be customized for two soles of each user is inserted or exchanged into a body portion, thereby seating the two soles of the user onto the two sole customized grooves which are arranged in parallel with each other, the calves are supported by a calf supporter, thereby giving the contacting sensation and comfortableness to two entire soles of the user, and also correcting two foots and posture at the same time. In addition, the body portion includes an electric massage means and a heating means, thereby giving a massage to two entire soles, or creating a comfortable thermal-environment.
