The present invention provides a method for predicting a future energy load in a cogeneration system according to the unique information of an occupant. More particularly, a load to be used by the corresponding occupant is efficiently predicted by using data which is previously stored in a database in association with the identified occupant after an occupant sensing module (70) identifies the occupant.
