摘要 The present invention relates to a management method of a road guidance light system based on solar light. According to the present invention, the road guidance light system uses solar power generation and a battery since it is difficult to induce and use commercial AC power in cases where the road guidance light system, which is for road safety, is installed in a remote area. It may be difficult to generate the solar power during a rainy season for more than few days so that the guidance light cannot be used during a rainy night when the guidance light is most needed. According to the present invention, identification information and the remaining battery capacity information of the guidance light system are transferred to a control center by using the communication service of a mobile phone, the control center simply exchanges the battery with a fully recharged battery in field, in case the exchange is needed, by calculating an estimated exchange time, thereby operating the guidance light system based on solar power generation in the remote area even during the rainy season. The system comprises a means for saving power by operating the system only when a vehicle appears on a road by detecting the vehicle entered onto the road in cases of remote areas where the appearance of the vehicle is rare, in order to decrease the frequency of battery exchange. In addition, the system economically realizes a communication method for sharing the time sync, which is a reference time of directional flickering or sequential flickering to induce the gaze of a driver.
