<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the spread of the leakage of liquid resin injected into a clearance between two members in a magnetic sensor manufacturing method for attaching a flexible wiring board and a plate spring to a sensing board and filling the resin in the clearance between the two members.SOLUTION: A magnetic sensor manufacturing method comprises the steps of: provisionally fixing the flexible wiring board to the plate spring by a jig, and forming a clearance of a predetermined length between the flexible wiring board and the plate spring; elastically deforming the plate spring and expanding the clearance by an expansion tool, injecting liquid resin into the clearance while moving upward a resin injection tool to a predetermined position of the clearance away from the sensing board, and making the height of the liquid resin equal to or greater than that of the predetermined clearance; separating the expansion tool from the clearance to recover the plate spring from the elastic deformation, and bridging the liquid resin between the flexible wiring board and the plate spring; hardening the liquid resin, and connecting the flexible wiring board to the plate spring by the resin.</p> |
