<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an imaging apparatus comprising a microphone from taking in a lens driving sound, etc. as a noise sound even if the microphone has super directivity.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises: a microphone; an imaging unit capable of capturing a moving image; a determination unit which determines whether a voice taken in via the microphone needs sound recording support by an external sound recording apparatus, during capturing the moving image by the imaging unit; and a transmitter which, when it is determined that the sound recording support is needed, transmits a control signal relating to sound recording, to the external sound recording apparatus.</p> |
