<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion material having a superior performance index.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a method of producing a thermoelectric conversion material in which phonon scattering particles of nanosize are dispersed in a host phase made of a BiTe-based thermoelectric conversion material. The method includes steps of: precipitating particles of a constituent element of the thermoelectric conversion material by reducing a precursor solution of the thermoelectric conversion material; alloying the particles of the constituted element of the thermoelectric conversion material by hydrothermal treatment to form the thermoelectric conversion material particles; and performing wet pulverization of the thermoelectric conversion material particles in an oxidative atmosphere; and sintering the pulverized thermoelectric material particles to form the host phase.</p> |
