The present invention relates to a hybrid thin film using a silica-zirconia fused ceramic sol and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a hybrid thin film using a silica-zirconia fused ceramic sol, which comprises; a first step for manufacturing a silica nanosol; a second step for treating the surface of the silica nanosol; a third step for concentrating or substituting a solvent contained in the silica nanosol for an organic solvent to form the silica nanosol; a fourth step for manufacturing zirconia nanosol; a fifth step for treating the surface of the zirconia nanosol; a sixth step for concentrating or substituting a solvent contained in the zirconia nanosol for an organic solvent to form the zirconia nanosol; a seventh step for fusing the silica nanosol formed through the third step and the zirconia nanosol formed through the sixth step; an eighth step for manufacturing a silica-zirconia nanosol hybrid coating solution; and a ninth step for manufacturing silica-zirconia hybrid thin film. Accordingly, the present invention can be applied to electricity, electron, energy, and a light functional film by forming a hybrid coating film. |
