The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for inputting/outputting a stereo light field supporting a pupils movement viewpoint to be generated. According to an aspect of the present invention, the apparatus comprises: an image obtainment unit for obtaining light field data for an object, and transmitting the obtained light field data; and an image output unit for receiving the light field data transmitted by the image obtainment unit, generating an image depending on a binocular viewpoint of a viewer by using the received light field data, and outputting the generated image.
