摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel propagation conversion device of a two-wavelength semiconductor laser beam, which can, with a simple configuration and inexpensively, cause the propagation direction of laser beams of two different wavelengths emitted from a two-wavelength oscillation laser semiconductor to coincide with each other.SOLUTION: The parallel propagation conversion device of a two-wavelength semiconductor laser beam comprises: an object lens 11 converting a laser beam of a first wavelength λ1 and a laser beam of a second wavelength λ2 emitted from a two-wavelength oscillation laser semiconductor 10 into parallel light; and a 45-degree right angle prism 12. The 45-degree right angle prism 12 receives parallel light of the first wavelength λ1 and parallel light of the second wavelength λ2 through an inclined face 13, emits the light from one face 14 of two faces holding the right angle therebetween, and is disposed so as to set, to be equal to each other, respective emission angles &thetas;1 and &thetas;2 of the parallel light of the first wavelength λ1 and the parallel light of the second wavelength λ2.
