PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce transportation troubles such as a double feed or no feed of documents when a cut sheet document is printed by a printer. ! SOLUTION: A cut sheet document 10, which has a sheet of release paper 123 bonded to be capable of being peeled via an adhesive layer 122 to a printing base material 110 on the front side printed by a printer and to the whole or a part of the back of the printing base material, is characterized in that the outer whole face of the sheet of release paper 123 is coated uniformly with a slipperiness-improving coat in an isolated pattern so that an area ratio per unit area of a coated part may come in a range of 6-60%.
