PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film which is excellent in cold resistance and heat resistance, and for which a draw-down phenomenon, being hanging down of the film, in a heating step of molding is prevented. ! SOLUTION: A laminate film has a layer with a crystalline parameter ΔTcg higher than 35°C (hereinafter referred to as A layer), and a layer with a crystalline parameter ΔTcg of 35°C or lower (hereinafter referred to as B layer), in which A layer has a polyester as a main component (hereinafter the polyester being the main component of A layer is referred to as polyester A), and B layer has a polyester as a main component (hereinafter the polyester being the main component of B layer is referred to as polyester B), and in which B layer is located on at least one surface of the film and has thermal shrinkage at 150°C of 5-30%. !
