PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability of operation in which multiple components are collectively held and transferred by using a component transfer jig. ! SOLUTION: A component transfer jig 20 of the invention includes: multiple holding parts 22 which hold multiple bolts B with air pressure; an air supply passage 30 which supplies compression air supplied from an exterior air source to the multiple holding parts 22; and a residual pressure maintaining mechanism (a non-return valve 32) which maintains a residual air pressure in the air supply passage 30 separated from the air source. !
