PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and highly efficient method for producing polyamine conjugates of which mass production at an industrial level has been difficult. ! SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing a polyamine conjugate by amide synthesis between cinnamic acid or an analog thereof and a polyamine, where an enzymatic reaction is carried out in an organic solvent using the cinnamic acid and the polyamine as the substrates. Preferably, the organic solvent is selected from the group consisting of acetone, chloroform, tetrahydrofuran, t-butanol, 1,4-dioxane, isoamyl alcohol, n-hexane, 2-methyl-2-butanol and diisopropyl ether or a combination thereof. !
