<p>According to the present invention, when cutting a steel plate to manufacture a steel member, a portion remaining after making a vertical plate can be utilized to be a structural material; thus minimizing a quantity of demand of the steel plate enabling an interference unit between a concrete fire resistance covering section and a steel member fire resistance covering material to clearly be divided to secure safety against a fire by facilitating construction and quality control, and increasing a resultant force with a slab concrete and a horizontal shear strength as the vertical plate protrudes to an upper side.</p> |
