<p>Disclosed are an apparatus and method for providing a service during a call. The apparatus for providing a service during a call comprises: a conversation content recording unit for recording conversation content between a caller and a callee by using a user terminal and converting the recorded content into text; a command extraction unit for extracting a command for running an application to be activated during a call, based on an event generated in accordance with selection of at least one application which can be activated during a call by a caller, or output of an activation command; and a command execution unit for simultaneously activating the application during a call by processing the command for running the application based on the conversation content which is converted into text. Thus, the present invention can provide a user with the convenience of using the user terminal.</p> |
