摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a die casting method for manufacturing a rotor of a high-speed motor and, more specifically, to a die casting method for manufacturing a rotor of a high-speed motor which prevents the deformation or destruction of an end ring via a protective ring by conducting a die casting process, as a protective core and the protective ring have been mounted together on a die, simplifying the process and can ensuring the combining strength between the end ring and the protective ring sufficiently by allowing the end ring and the protective ring to combine automatically in the die casting step, and improving stability and durability by adopting the structure of the protective ring, such as irregularities and tapers adhering more firmly to the end ring to prevent the protective ring from being separated from the end ring. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a rotor for a high-speed motor, comprising the steps of: (a) inserting a cylindrical laminated core, which has multiple units including at least one slot laminated, into a die as protective rings composed of steel are in contact with both end parts of the cylindrical laminated core; (b) injecting a filling material through an ingate communicating with the inner space of the die; and (c) filling the inside of the slot with a filling material so that the filling material can be filled between the inner surface of the protective rings and the cylindrical laminated core to form an end ring and simultaneously allow the end ring to be bonded to the protective rings.</p>
