<p>The present invention relates to support for loading and conveying green tires and a manufacturing method thereof. A profile unit which is a frame used to load the tires is made of an engineering plastic material. A steel insert is mounted in a coupling hole of a fixing device. The coupling hole of the fixing device can be prevented from being damaged by the strength difference between respective materials. An irregular structure is formed on the upper side surface of the profile unit which is the side surface coming in contact with the tires to prevent the deformation of the tires by easily separating the support after loading the highly adhesive tires in a semi-arid state. Accordingly, the present invention can build a high quality tire production system.</p> |
