PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coat an appropriate amount of adhesive agent on a surface of core member in an appropriate pattern.SOLUTION: A transfer roller 100 rotated while being abutted against a surface 11 of a core body 10 to coat adhesive agent to the surface of the core body has an area 120 for forming one or a plurality of grooves formed like a band shape along a circumferential direction of the transfer roller at a circumferential surface 110 contacted with the surface of the core body. The groove forming area includes a plurality of linear-like first linear grooves inclined by the first angle (&thetas;)(provided that &thetas;<90 degrees) in respect to an axial direction of the transfer roller and arranged along a circumferential direction (Y direction) and spaced apart by the first space (P) and a plurality of linear-like second linear grooves inclined by the second angle (&thetas;)(provided that &thetas;<90 degrees) in respect to an axial direction of the transfer roller and arranged along a circumferential direction and spaced apart by the second space (P) and the first linear grooves and the second linear grooves are formed in a crossing pattern. |
