The present invention relates to a physical exercise ability evaluating a system. The physical exercise ability evaluating system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a work measuring unit to measure the specific work performed by a user; and a calculation unit to determine physical exercise ability by analyzing measurement data based on a specific standard. The work measuring unit measures a performance level by receiving a direct operation for the work measuring unit from the user or an indirect operation through a specific tool. According to the present invention, the user can receive a result in which the physical exercise ability is evaluated. Specifically, the user can receive detailed data in which a rehabilitation state is evaluated if the user is a rehabilitation trainee.
