<p>According to the present invention, a pivot angle display device for a ball joint includes: a cam surface formed on a side of a joint ball opposed to a side wherein a stud is installed at a radius of curvature different from the same of a sphere; an inner insertion hole at a predetermined depth to be opened to function as a ball mount of a joint socket; an elevation operation bar installed in the inner insertion hole to be moved up and down; an elastic member for supporting the elevation operation bar to be elastically biased toward the cam surface; a distance detection sensor part to detect the vertical moving distance of the elevation operation bar and to output a detection signal; a computation part which receives a signal outputted from the distance detection sensor when the elevation operation bar is moved up and down by changes in the radius of curvature of the cam surface coming in contact with the top of the elevation operation bar with the turning of the stud in order to compute the information on the moving distance into a relative angle of traverse between the stud and the joint socket; and a display part to display the angle of traverse computed by the computation part. In addition to this, the pivot angle display device for a ball joint includes: a distance detection sensor part to detect the turning direction and vertical moving distance of the elevation operation bar and to output a detection signal; a computation part which receives a signal outputted from the distance detection sensor part to compute information on the turning direction and the moving distance when the top of the elevation operation bar turns in a predetermined direction or moves up and down while the one bottom of the elevation operation bar is supported in a protrusion; and a display part to display the angle of traverse computed by the computation part.</p> |
