SOLUTION: A mobile terminal communication support system comprises: a protected person terminal 1 and a protector terminal 2 which are a mobile phone mounted with a reader/writer, an IC chip 5 including a storage unit, and a GPS; a server 3 which comprises a CPU 12, a storage unit 13, a reader/writer 15, and a transmission unit 14; and a communication channel 4 for performing information communication between a parent and child through the server 3.
