PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise device for practice in technique of delivery, speed and power of knockout strikes. ! SOLUTION: An exercise device comprises a base 1 and a striking area plate 4 with buffering coating 5, and is provided for developing capability to deliver knockout concentrated penetrating strikes of different types, and for practice in technique of delivery, speed and power of knockout strikes. The base has two parallel bars 2 fixed to two handles 3 and the striking area plate with buffering coating is fixed through pads-dampers 6 to a support plate 7 attached to the base. !
