PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric resin and a dielectric film which have high heat resistance and are easy to handle, and a film capacitor film. ! SOLUTION: There is provided the dielectric resin that contains: a first cyclic olefin resin which is at least any one of a norbornene-based ring-opening polymer and a norbornene-based vinyl copolymer; and a second cyclic olefin resin which is at least any one of a norbornene-based vinyl polymer and a norbornene-based radical polymer. The dielectric resin is formed in such a way that the content of the first cyclic olefin resin is more than the content of the second cyclic olefin resin. Thereby, the dielectric resin and the dielectric film which have high heat resistance and are easy to handle can be obtained, and the heat resistance of the film capacitor can be enhanced. !
