PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyester resin and a molded body thereof excellent impact resistance and hot water whitening resistance without damaging transparency of an aliphatic polyester resin and an impact strength modifier used for the same. ! SOLUTION: There is provided an impact strength modifier containing a multilayer polymer constituted by a core layer which is a rubber layer and one or more shell layer covering the same, and an outermost layer which is one of the shell layer contains an alkyl(meth)acrylate unit with an alkyl group having 2 to 10 carbon atoms. !
