<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for molding a part of a thin glass substrate in which the thin glass substrate is partially molded in a state that only a part requiring deformation is locally heated at flexible temperatures, thereby molding the same in various shapes without a change in physical properties and flatness of the thin glass substrate. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a heating furnace having a constant sealed space therein; a preheating unit installed in the heating furnace, and heating an internal temperature of the heating furnace to a process atmosphere temperature; a mold unit installed in a lower side of the internal furnace, and having a final deformation shape of the thin glass substrate; a locally heating unit adjacently installed in the part where the thin glass substrate among the mold unit is deformed, and locally heating the deformed part among the thin glass substrate at the flexible temperature; and a deformation unit movably installed in the heating furnace, and pressing the deformed part among the thin glass substrate from an upper side or a side surface in a state that the deformed part among the thin glass substrate is heated at the flexible temperature, in order to be coincided with a shape of the mold unit.</p> |
