PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for effectively suppressing EMI noises by suppressing the transition of a data line of a memory without needing a redundant memory area.SOLUTION: Each element constituting data of an image is rearranged according to a rearrangement order defined by a designated operation mode, and then, is transferred to a memory in a defined transfer unit. Each element constituting the data transferred to the memory is rearranged in an arrangement order before being rearranged according to the rearrangement order, and then, is processed. |
