PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor improving reliability and manufacturability, and further to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A stator comprises: a stator core 35; an insulator 36 mounted to the stator core 35; a wire 37; an intermediate terminal; and a terminal section. The wire 37 has the other end side wound about the other section to be wound 64 while having one end side wound about one section to be wound 63 and individually forms one and the other coils 78 and 79 causing magnetic poles having polarities different from each other to be generated in one and the other core tooth sections 45 and 46 of the stator core 35. The wire 37 has both end portions individually held by a holding section 67, and intermediate portions of one and the other coils 78 and 79 are held by an intermediate holding section 66. The intermediate terminal is mounted to the intermediate holding section 66 and is electrically connected to the wire 37. The terminal section is mounted to the holding section 67 and is electrically connected to both the end portions of the wire 37. |
