PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fast decomposition and assembly available lighting unit and a process of manufacturing of the same.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a lighting unit comprising a ferrule 1, a base bottom part 2, a lamp main body 3, an LED plate 4, a globe 6 and an LED fastener 5 connected in order. A fixing surface 34 in the lamp main body 3 is provided with the LED plate 4. An engaging part 63 at the lower end of the globe 6 is engaged with an annular upper groove 38 formed between the fixing surface 34 of the lamp main body 3 and a conical pipe 32 of the lamp main body 3. A process of manufacturing this lighting unit comprises the steps of putting a hook part 53 of the LED fastener 5 into fixing grooves 42 of the LED plate 4, passing it from a fixing hole 35 of the fixing surface 34 of the lamp main body 3, thereafter fixing it to a hook hole 231 of the base bottom part 2 and fixing the LED plate 4 to the lamp main body 3. |
