PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of attaching-detaching a cutting insert, and to also improve assemblability of a tool, with a cutting tool as an improvement object, for fixing the cutting insert by using a lever lock system clamp mechanism, and also executing operation of its clamp mechanism on a back face of a tool holder. ! SOLUTION: A cutting insert fixing lever lock system clamp mechanism provided in the tool holder, comprises an L-shaped clamp lever having an input part, an output part and a rotary fulcrum, a clamp screw for pushing the input part of its clamp lever in the clamp direction and a wedge for pushing the input part of the clamp lever in the unclamp direction by being push-moved by its clamp screw and the wedge is nonrotatably installed in the tool holder and slidably installed in the axial direction of the clamp screw, and the clamp screw is relatively rotatably connected to the wedge. !
