The present invention relates to a water-soluble coating agent composition having high corrosion resistance. More specifically, the composition has far more superior corrosion resistance and cheaper price while excluding various harmful factors when compared to a conventional eco-friendly product or a conventional product containing four main heavy metals. The composition also has a curing temperature lower than that of the conventional products to prevent a heat treatment releasing phenomenon. The composition also has low viscosity to have excellent workability and significantly reduces the appearance defects while meeting various environmental regulations and public health safety standards around the world. |
