The present invention relates to a water-bloom removal system for removing water bloom which changes water color into green due to mass propagation of plankton and, more specifically, to a water-bloom removal system which has a spray plate capable of removing water bloom by supplying oxygen to a site where water bloom occurs in water from the outside and spraying cold oxygen to the site where the water-bloom occurs so as to force low-temperature deep water to be floated on the water surface along with oxygen.
