The present invention relates to a touch panel which has an improved pad structure thereof to improve adhesion, and a touch sensing apparatus. According to the present invention, the touch panel comprises: at least one substrate; a sensor unit formed in a mounting area of the substrate, and sensing a user′s touch; a wiring unit for transferring a sensing signal from sensor nodes of the sensor, respectively; and a connection unit equipped with a plurality of pads which receives respectively the sensing signal of the wiring unit, wherein the pads have at least two pads arranged in at least two rows.
