<p>Disclosed is a CNC broach tool automatic grinding program system capable of grinding a broach tool wherein a plurality of bytes are formed outside, and comprises: a jig unit installed to be reciprocated in an X-axis direction on an upper part of a main body frame; a Z-axis driving unit to be lifted in a Z-axis direction on one side of the main body frame; a Y-axis driving unit installed in the Z-axis driving unit to be reciprocated in a Y-axis direction; a grinding unit supported by the Y-axis driving unit on which a grinding tool to grind a broach tool mounted on a jig unit is mounted; a position detecting unit connected to the grinding unit to detect a processing start point of the broach tool; a storage part to store by matching information (including byte number, byte distance, and byte size) on a broach tool to be processed with an identification information by each type of broach tools to be processed; and a controlling unit to obtain information in correspondence to the broach tool mounted on the jig unit from the storage part, and to control driving of the jig unit, the Z-axis driving unit, the Y-axis driving unit, and the grinding unit in order to automatically grind the broach tool from the processing start point detected by the position detecting unit based on the obtained information.</p> |
