According to the present invention, an injection compression mold for molding a thin plate comprises: a first molding block having a runner and a sprue supplying a molding material; and a second molding block facing the first molding block and forming a cavity and a gate between the first molding block and the second molding block when the mold is closed. The second molding block comprises: a core unit; a fist gate unit; and a second gate unit. The core unit forms the cavity between the first molding block and the core unit and autonomously moves to press the molding material introduced through the runner. The first gate unit forms a first gate thinner than the cavity between the first molding block and the first gate unit in a position corresponding to the runner of the first molding block when the mold is closed. The second gate unit is disposed between the core unit and the first gate unit and autonomously moves to have an intermediate thickness of the thickness of the first gate and the cavity between the first molding block and the second gate unit when the mold is closed.
