摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a three-dimensional porous cell carrier containing cells and a preparing method thereof. The present invention combines an ultra-low temperature system and a rapid prototyping (RP) process to solve the problems occurring in the conventional methods by freezing a low-viscosity natural polymer to prepare the cell carrier by using the low-viscosity natural polymer, and prepare the three-dimensional porous cell carrier containing cells uniformly. The cell carrier has a stable three-dimensional structure, has a large pore size to have 100% of interconnectivity between pores, and ensures nutrients and oxygen to be smoothly supplied for the survival and growth of the cells, thereby having the minimum cell survival rate of 70% or higher. The present invention can culture the cell carriers according to properties of the cell carriers without going through a cell injection process or the like, can prepare the cell carriers appropriate to a condition of a patient in a surgery process by using cells of the patient in the future, and can provide an excellent medical tissue regeneration cell carrier to use the cell carriers by storing the cell carriers prepared by freeze storage and unfreezing the same if needed.</p>
