PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a simple configuration to hold down an amount-of-peripheral light ratio to a low level irrespective of a light source being either a single method or multi method.SOLUTION: An optical scanning device comprises: a polygon mirror 15 and the like allowing laser light L radiated from a laser light source 11 to scan in a predetermined direction; a housing 331 that houses the laser light source 11 and the polygon mirror 15 and the like, and has a through-hole 332 provided in a portion corresponding to an optical path of polarized laser light L; a dust-proof glass plate 18 which is attached to the housing 331 so as to block the through-hole 332, and through which the laser light passes; and a plurality of flat plate attachment parts 332A and 332B that are provided in the housing 331, and are capable of attaching the dust-proof glass plate 18 at any of a plurality of angles in which an angle formed by an optical path surface of the laser light L to be scanned and the dust-proof glass plate is predetermined. |
