摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a core for a solenoid valve which prevents deterioration of strength of a magnetic shielding part, obtains sufficient magnetic characteristics, and reduces the manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A core for a solenoid valve includes a magnetic shielding part formed into an annular shape at an intermediate part of a cylindrical body part. First, a rough member 1a having a rough body part 11 and an annular groove 40 formed at an intermediate part when viewed in an axial direction Z is prepared. Next, a wire member 50 made of a non-magnetic material fits in the annular groove 40. Then, the rough member 1a in which the wire member 50 fits is heated in a decompression state and the wire member 50 melts to cause a molten material of the magnetic shielding part to fill the annular groove 40. Subsequently, the rough member 1a is cooled and the molten material is solidified to form the magnetic shielding part. After that, a shaft center part is cut to expose the magnetic shielding part to an inner peripheral surface of the rough member 1a.
