PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the heat-sealing structure of a synthetic resin-made packaging bag capable of stably encapsulating a content, capable of simply opening in use, and improving a load in use.SOLUTION: A synthetic resin-made packaging bag 10 is formed by heat-sealing first the synthetic resin film bodies F in the lateral direction Dh orthogonal to a feeding direction Df of the film body F to form a lateral sealing part 11 and cutting the lateral sealing part in the lateral direction. The lateral sealing part is obtained by pressure bonding using a heat-sealing platen 20 which equips a first temperature heating platen 21 and a second temperature heating platen 22 having higher temperature than the first platen adjacently in parallel. The lateral sealing part is formed as a first heat-sealing part yielding by pressure bonding using the first heating platen and a second heat-sealing part yielding by pressure bonding using the second heating platen. The heat-sealing strength of the first heat-sealing part after cutting of the lateral sealing part is made to be weaker than that of the second heat-sealing part.
