<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PLD type signal detection apparatus capable of monitoring external output data.SOLUTION: A PLD type signal detection apparatus 100 includes a programmable logic device as a main configuration and in addition, a first sensor device 211, a filter circuit 212 and various interconnections or the like are properly arranged. For a logic device 101, I/O blocks 111-112, a digital clock manager 120, a logic block 130 and the like are formed on a substrate. The device 101 includes an external data line Lx and a feedback data line Ly or the like. An output data monitoring part 133 compares feedback secondary digital data and internal secondary digital data and outputs a comparison result as external data monitor information.</p> |
