<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether a user who submits utterance is bot or not, by using SNS characteristics and bot characteristics, in an SNS, efficiently, without learning data.SOLUTION: A bot determination device 100 comprises: an utterance storage part 120 for storing utterance information at least including submission user information and submission date information of utterance submitted to an SNS; a regularity index calculation part 130 for calculating a regularity index indicating regularity of submission timing on at least one of a user who is a determination object, and on between other user and the user who is the determination object, based on the utterance information stored in the utterance storage part 120; and a user determination part 110 for determining whether the user who is the determination object is bot or not, by comparing the regularity index calculated by the regularity index calculation part 130 with a preset threshold.</p> |
