<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser treatment apparatus that can irradiate both surfaces of a treatment object with laser light with simple constitution and can easily position respective laser lights.SOLUTION: There is provided a laser treatment apparatus that irradiates a first surface and a second surface facing each other of a treatment object with laser light and includes a light source emitting the laser light, a condenser lens condensing the laser light emitted from the light source, a first mirror reflecting the condensed laser light to irradiate an end of the first surface with part of the reflected laser light, a second mirror reflecting the remaining laser light with which the first surface is not irradiated to irradiate an end of the second surface, and an optical system moving mechanism moving an optical system including at least the first mirror and second mirror with respect to the treatment object. The second mirror has partial transparency and the laser treatment apparatus includes an optical detection part which detects laser light transmitted through the second mirror.</p> |
