<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor unit for an air conditioner capable of reducing danger of breakage in a connection part between a first refrigerant pipeline and a second refrigerant pipeline.SOLUTION: An indoor unit of an air conditioner includes: first refrigerant pipelines 5, 7 in which one end part is connected to an indoor heat exchanger 2, and which are formed by aluminum or aluminum alloy; second refrigerant pipelines 6, 8 in which one end part is connected to the other end part of the first refrigerant pipelines 5, 7, and which are formed by copper or copper alloy; and flare unions 9, 10 which are connected to the other end part of the second refrigerant pipelines 6, 8. A connection part between the other end part of the first refrigerant pipelines 5, 7 and the one end part of the second refrigerant pipelines 6, 8 is between an end of the flare unions 9, 10 side of bent parts 5b, 7b of the first refrigerant pipelines 5, 7 and an end of the flare unions 9, 10 side of the second refrigerant pipelines 6, 8. Thereby, in the connection part, large twist stress and bending stress can be prevented from occurring.</p> |
