<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent capable of forming a coating film having high visibility even at low temperature without requiring a cleaning treatment of a substrate before conducting an oil repellent treatment.SOLUTION: The coating agent containing a fluorine-based copolymer A manufactured by polymerizing a fluorine-containing monomer represented by the general formula (1) of 60 mass% to 99 mass% and (meth)acrylic acid ester represented by the general formula (2) of 1 mass% to 40 mass%, a fluorine-based copolymer B manufactured by polymerizing the fluorine-containing monomer represented by the general formula (1) of 20 mass% to 50 mass% and (meth)acrylic acid ester represented by the general formula (3) of 50 mass% to 80 mass%, an organic solvent selected from an ester-based solvent and an aromatic solvent, and a dye selected from fluorescent dye and colored dye, with the amount of the organic solvent of 25 mass% or more based on the total mass of components other than the dye.</p> |
