PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which does not clog a nozzle head portion of an inkjet printing apparatus, and can inkjet print the surface of pharmaceutical solid preparations such as tablets clearly with identifying characters and the like having good light resistance.SOLUTION: Provided is an ink composition comprising at least an edible pigment, water, a lower alcohol, a dispersant, and a plasticizer. Preferable as the edible pigment, the lower alcohol, the dispersant, and the plasticizer are: carbon black; ethanol; a polyvinyl alcohol/acrylic acid/methyl methacrylate copolymer; and olive oil, sesame oil, dibutyl phthalate,and triethyl citrate, respectively. |
